• BMCU is an unofficial, third-party DIY component, not an official product from the original manufacturer.

• BMCU is under continuous development. New versions of firmware or hardware (such as enclosures) may be released, and you will need to handle upgrades by yourself.
• Please also be aware that we cannot guarantee whether Bambu Lab will implement restrictions or block the use of BMCU in the future.

2️⃣Warranty & After-Sales Service

• This purchase does not include any warranty or after-sales service.
• My role is limited to:
  • Make motherboard procurement, parts matching, assembly, testing, shipping and customs clearance.
  • Arranging logistics to your address.
  • Sharing all available information I have regarding the product.
• I do not take responsibility for the quality of the BMCU itself, including the PCB, accessories, or any other components.
• Before shipping, I will personally test the product to ensure it is functioning correctly. I will not send you a BMCU that is not usable during my test.

⚠️ Important After-Sales Policy

All orders are final once payment is completed.

• If you pay by credit card, debit card, or similar methods, no cancellations, refunds, or returns will be accepted under any circumstances after payment.
  
• If you pay by SEPA transfer or PayPal Friends & Family (personal transfer), you may contact me before shipping if you change your mind, and I can cancel the order for you.
